Well spring has sprung and boy it was a Gorgeous weekend. First off thank you very much to Venture Industries for the sponsorship. Your good will and endorsement will not go unnoticed. This weekend was the first real weekend of getting back in the swing of things. Friday was a 5k run after work. Saturday I decided to work on the bike. I needed supplies so I biked to Performance for equipment. 15 miles later I was working on the bike. After that I put down another 12 on the lake while Tink Ran. Sunday was a standard 1/2 mile swim and today is a standard Monday recovery. So far things are going well. I can tell this is going to be a good spring!
